Hi,
I was at one time interested in breast aug. did research and decided I didn't want to put plastic in my body.
I'm 41, i use to be a large B cup now i'm more like a large A :'(. I eat healthy, I work out, I eat a lot of protein.
I took a hormone test and it told me I was estrogen dominant. I just don't know where to begin. I guess soy products and fenugeek would not be good for me????
I started message but would like to slowly start introducing herbs. Can anyone give me a suggestion. I read all these post and I don't even know what tha acronym means.
How about Vitax?
I'd appreciate any help

ssunflower,
The best thing to do is to put up a stats page. That will give those who help you something to base it on.
Fenugreek is great. Soy milk can be good. Vitex, with few exceptions, is not good for BE. It is good for other things.
Good luck,
Wahaika

How do you set up a stats page?
I'm hearing soy and fengreek is not good if your estrogen dominant - which I am.
I'm so confused.
I'm working on massage for now.

>>How do you set up a stats page?
You go to the stats section, read stats pages that are there, and then make one of your own. Some useful information is: Sex: F Age: Height: Weight: Bra size: Children? Is so , were they breastfed? Any conditions: Estrogen Dominance - provide any detail Any medications including birth control
Pretty nosey stuff, I know, but that's what is needed.

Very likely, but it also depends on what your hormone levels are, besides just being dominant on one side or the other, and if your routine addresses it. It also depends how the herbs affect you. Did your hormone test show you as high in estrogen or just higher in the estrogen/progesterone ratio? Estrogen dominance being potentially different than having estrogen levels that are high.

OK. Massage suggestions are in the booby batter thread in the Routines section.
Good Luck!
