hi wenonae, i noticed you help many people around here.could you please help me too? i tried to dose, but i can=t do it. here are my stats and the routine i followed

i'm taking fish oil, like 3 g of omega 3 /day for acne, i read that there were a few girls who grew with that.could it help me too?i don't want to take anymore phytoestrogens because i have lots of spiderveins on my legs because of them, i was thinking of trying only massage with FG or Fennel.could i grow with only that?
