Hi I have a question.

I have some saw palmetto gels caps that are standardized extracts and 1 pill is 160 mg.....soooo I guess my question is how many grams is that? And what's the difference between standardized extract and just regular ol saw palmetto caps? Thanks!

So....2 pills would be 1.28g. ;D Hope that helped Chicky!
