JB here. I found this on CNN
Best breast-saving move from CNN article:
Chest exercises. While nothing will magically save you from sagging, doing chest moves two or three times a week will pump up breasts temporarily (by increasing blood flow to the area) and tone underlying muscles. Here's a good exercise to try before a big event: Lie on your back across a bench with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. With both hands, hold a dumbbell directly over your chest. Inhale as you lower the weight in an arc past your head, going as far as shoulder flexibility allows. Pause, then exhale as you lift the weight overhead in an arc until your hands are above your torso. Start with 8--12 reps; work up to 1 minute.
Below is some of my recommended tricks back in the day while playing "JARHEAD" for MARINES, gawd I am getting so old : (
I used to have the girls in base gyms do these for toning after birth of children. While laying on bench with pair of dumbbells do 2 different moves sometimes three depending on her breast foundation.
During movements keep muscles really tight at top and bottom of each repetition.
1.Overhead v press lying on the bench. Arms wide over chest more like 30-45 degree pointing out from chest extend dumbbells back on same angle as far as you can over your head. Keep muscles tight and squeeze in and up with chest. Return to center chest squeezing and lifting chest muscles inward and upward lift feeling as arms return to start.
2.Butterfly press with cross over centers. Start over chest allowing dumbbells with slight bent elbows to extend outward to horizontal of body plane if its stretching your there, if it hurts Your out to far. Return lifting and squeezing chest upward but allow arms to cross body centerline outward again this time squeeze chest inward n upward as arms extend out as far as they can go to horizontal and coming back to center lifting chest and arms upward and outward thats one repetition. Alternate each arm closest to chin every other rep.
3. rainbow butterfly lying on bench. Make an arch with dumbbell's overhead at 30 degree sweeping them together at same angle palms up above waist and reverse move to overhead position. With elbows slightly bent, always keep chest tight and squeeze and lift chest upward alot. If you Charley horse your either to heavy on weight of dumbbells or your squeezing to hard.

Sounds like some great moves to add to my routine. Thanks! Flat Mamma On my twist of enhancement exercises also use breathing instructions giving in CNN artcle,K. These are very advanced free weight moves, really not for novice lifters with out a coaching spotter to get the movements true to form then keep true in muscle memory from there on out. and being true to form with slow stead tight muscles is the key to this to get great results. Just a suggestion, but. Using a count method approach works well so I say 5 to 10 second count on each movement. Start 5-10 tight on extension and 5-10 on return to start position tight for 1 repetition. Another kool thing about some of these movements is they take care of other area's Lady's need help like shoulders and triceps-biceps area's.

I have heard that exercises for breasts will separate your breasts so that your breasts are further apart (no cleavage) and they end up lookin more masculine because of the muscle building. i.e. like sarah jessica parker's breasts or madonna's, you can tell those breasts are a result of exercises. Is this true? I am always wayy to afraid to lose the feminine shape of my breasts to do any workouts for them, do you ladies exercise breasts and notice any masculinity in your breasts? I would appreciate any input...

Tiffany- What you've heard is actually quite what I believe. It's just counterproductive in general to do a lot of pectoral exercise when what you wanna do is gain fats in the breasts. If breasts are saggy- then one is better off tightening the skin by doing some type of topical regimen. Wen'

I haven't noticed any spreading apart of my breasts from pectoral exercises.....actually I appear to have more cleavage. However, I don't do 'alot' of pectoral exercises and never really heavy weight. I just use them to tighten up that area, which has improved the appearance of my breasts. I've also gained size while doing this on BE....and I didn't lose any when they deflated during AF (they lost the roundness not the growth). So as someone who does the chest exercises, I think they are good for your body as long as you don't over-do it and keep the weights light so you are just firming up the muscle, not building it up.

Uh-huh..I hear ya. As you say, people should know- MODERATION is key..but generally the definition is not needed in that area to define the breasts. Wen'
