Hi Sarah- So! You've done the above. There's 2 blocks now that have come up since (both physical). The good news- the stress isn't an issue anymore. Now, you need to get rid of the residual effects of having carried the stress for that long. The fix: drinking prune juice (1/2c a day for 6 days in the morning) and some jumping jacks (get that blood movin'). Do 60 of those at once (1= open and close), anytime during the day for 7 days. Not getting you should have anymore blocks after this..so you should know you're successful when sensations and all come. Wen'

Hi Wen,
I just finished month 5 as my period arrived today. I have had a few sensations for the past couple days but no growth...
Any thoughts on my program?

It seems you did the stress-reducing actions well. Keep at the pills. Keep some lavender eo nearby. If you've had a hard day, put 2-3 drops in a plate by your bed so you can get deeper sleep and feel ready and refreshed the next day.

Well, here's a little update:
In the last month, I had more sensations and soreness and perhaps a little growth! Kind of full until a few days ago when I got my period. Then, gone and no soreness. I was very excited to finally see a little something happen...
Wen, what do you suggest for my program - should I continue on the 2 Provex in the am and 4 Mushroom at bedtime?
