Hi,
I have been trying different routines over the past 5 months or so without any success. I was hoping Wen or any other senior member could give me some advice on my routine.
My stats:
age: 37 ht: 5'9" wt: 130 children: 4 boys (ages 18 months - 7 yrs old) breastfeed: all of them for 4-6 months before I breastfed, I was a perky 34B now I am a saggy 34 A/very small B (my mom is a 36D and my sisters are both a small C) under breast: 31" across breast: 33.5" above breast: 33"
I was very into sports in high school and didn't get my period until I was 15 and didn't really get boobs until I was 18 ( I also grew 2.5 inches in height at 18/19 yrs old) or so - not sure if all my long distance running delayed my growth
Right now, I play tennis 3xweek and walk/run occasionally.
I first tried BO (both with and w/o SP) for two months but only felt a tingle last 2-3 days, then gone.
I next tried Pammy's routine but never felt anything really... I am thinking that I ramped too quickly. I did get added cellulite to my thighs! Ugh!
So, I most recently tried this with slight tingles:
SP 2 pills 3X day RC 2 pills 3X day Maca 2 pills 3Xday (I thought that maybe I need balancing) EPO 1 pill 3xday Flax 1 pill 3Xday 1 multivitamin 1 kelp
I tried to massage but was not very consistent - I never did feel anything after massaging...maybe some fullness.
Lastly, I tried dowsing but I think I am one that cannot dowse accurately! How frustrating!
Please help me!

Hi Sarah- NBE can drive one nuts figuring it all out! Dowsing- not your cup of tea. You're a permament Group 3 person. Recommended BE list- actually, you don't need BE herbs, but you just need some balancing to get about 2 cups of growth. Lemme get back to you on this...gotta find the items. Also, you need a mild cleanse due to your previous efforts- 1 cycle of 500mg milk thistle/day in morning on empty tummy and 1000mg of thyme (yes the seasing, but capsules) at nite b4 bed (2hrs MIN after eating). So start on this ASAP. I'll get back to you about the rest asap. Wen'

Thanks Wen. Your input is greatly appreciated. I did stop the herbs this past weekend so I will start the cleanse asap.
I do agree with the balancing! I was on BC for about 10 years in my 20's (both Ortho-tricyclen and Depo). I always had really light cycles (and many times skipped my period altogether) while on BC. Once I went off BC, I immediately got pregnant and had a miscarriage. Took over a year to get pregnant (with the help of Clomid) the first time. Subsequently, I got pregnant easily for the other children. After the birth of my last son and tubal ligation, my cycles have been very heavy and considerable acne/some PMS the week before AF (at least for me!).
Hopefully, BE can be possible for me! Thanks again for your quick response!

SO, here's my update:
Did my cleanse for the rest of the month, then,
I followed my rountine for month 1 and no changes. Perhaps a little shrinkage if anything....
I am now starting month 2 and still do not see nor feel anything....I am hopeful that something, anything will happen...
Wen, do you have any suggestions...or should I continue to follow the plan??

Heya..the short answer is keep on what you're doing. You grew while preggers, rite? You already have fat cell walls, so you won't have much by way of sensations until 2 cycles from now. You've finished growing 0.1c of meats and you're due for 0.5c more this cycle. You could take feverfew for about a mos (500mg/day) and speed things along by 20%, but it's not really that necessary. Just a quick update and hopefully a good sign....
I have felt a few tingles, mostly in the late afternoon and my skin has broken out! Yuck...but from reading the other posts, this is a good sign?? I will try some tea tree oil and other over the counter stuff....
Wen - any suggestions for a sleep aid? I am having difficulty (and have for some time) falling and staying asleep. I try 500mg of Valerian but no results...

Hee..acne is a prime (if irritating) sign..as are tingles . For treating your acne..topical benzoyl peroxide wash like "Clean and Clear" should help a lot. Tea tree oil will irritate your skin. Sleeping aid- Lavender EO will knock you out. Place a 1-2 drops in a bowl/plate on a night stand near your bed about 20 minutes before you go to sleep. Add 1 drop a nite for 5 nites. You'll be remedied pretty quick to sleep on your own as soon as your head hits the pillow. Wen'

So, here's my update. I just started month 5 and no changes. I did have a few tingles and pains last month but no growth. I will finish the rest of my program and hopefully, figure out a new plan. This is so frustrating!
Not sure what to try next....or just give up.

Hiya...hope you get this sooner than later. You have had a physical block for about 2 cycles. Simple aromatherapies will help you get going again. I saying like after you finish this..you may WANT to have a break from sensations, soreness, and itching. You need to use Lemongrass For 3 days, put add 6 drops/nite on a plate by your bed. Hi Wen,
Quick question - I am at the end of my 2nd week of month 5. Is this when I stop or do I continue to the end of the month?
No growth, no pains. Will I feel some when I stop? Do you have any additional insight to my lack of growth?
