I have been here before but it must be at least a year ago. I had been trying a lot and thought I made progress but I didn't and then I've been taking a break for a while. I have tried individual herbs with massage, Mirifem pills and cream. Just massage with wild yam and epo and finally Volupto.
Just recently I've started looking into it again and discovered the grow yours process. I have just signed up for it and will start today, so keep your fingers crossed for me!!
