Trying BE again, need expert to doublecheck dowse!

Hi everyone!
I've decided to start my BE again, after about a year or so (with a little amount of permanent growth, probably less than a centimetre). Last time I was doing NBE I dowsed that Flaxseed oil, Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek would work for me, so I am using them again in liquid extract.

I dowsed this morning to take 1000mg of Flaxseed, 44 drops of Fenugreek on the tongue (and hold for 44 seconds) and then 36 drops of SP on the tongue (and hold for 25 secs).

Would anyone be able to double-check that these results are accurate?? It's been a while since I last dowsed!

What did you rate your accuracy as?
Your dowsing tool: 9.5/10..so good.

K, so confirm checklist as flaxseed, fenugreek, and SP.
However, it seems the products you're using are really not too great. The Flaxseed is only 2.4/10, fenugreek is 4.6/10, and the SP is only 3.2/10. If you find stuff that rates higher- you'll need to take a bunch less of it and will get faster results.

I was getting decent accuracy, about 90% i think.
Shame about what I'm taking! Any suggestions as to how I can find better stuff?

Yes, go to a store or online.
Find the brands which rate highest for you (at least 7/10). Then either order or go to a store like Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods and pick it up

Hi again Wen,
Now that I think about it, when I was dowsing about the herbs I'm using I was getting very weak "Yes" "No" responses, I didn't think to check their rating!
Do you think there is anything I can do to increase the quality of the herbs for me?? I feel like I've wasted my money :S

Sorry- but you have wasted your money. The only thing we're able to 'improve' the health of is water (that's where Holy Water comes from). You'll need to restock OR just get used to using a lot of drops. For those that are below 6/10, honestly I would replace because you could wind up making yourself sick even if it's the 'right' thing for you.

Guess you're going shopping for them all.
