People have been telling me that the ingredients on Breast Active Pills are way too low. And I still have like 2 bottles left so what would be the right amount of pills to take? They recomend 2 a day but I heard thats way too little that it wouldnt do anything at all.

You would need to ramp them up and see what works best for you, specifically. It is hard to comment much more than that without some stats to go by. Also need a massage routine to get herbs in transdermally.

For you, no less than 3 times per day.
However, you got no results so far. This may change with higher dosages. But you also got headaches. This is likely due to lowered blood sugar, which is a side effect of fenugreek. It is easily compensated for by raising your carb intake in general and eating hard candy or soda pop when you start getting a headache. It takes about 3 minutes to get rid of one this way.
Finding out how Breast Actives works for you would be interesting, but I think that you would be a good candidate for the Greenbush 90 day kit. You would have individual herbs and not be stuck with raising everything in order to raise one thing like it is with premixes like Breast Actives.
In the case of Greenbush herbs, you would ramp up to about 3000mg per day. A massage routine would also be good. For batter recipes, see the thread in the top of the routines section. I would also recommend a good multivitamin that contains a B complex and some zinc (like 15 to 35mg). Borage oil once per day would also be good.
Whatever you do, it takes a lot of patience and the ability to go slow and observe the effects, and then adjust accordingly.
