Hi everyone,
I've been studying NBE for several months and stumbled upon BE board recently. I have read for couple days and kinda lost with all the information so I'm not sure where to start.
I did muscle testing this afternoon and it seemed that I'm group 1 with over 95% accuracy. Only asked yes/no questions. I'm not sure if I get right :l
I have few questions regarding dowsing tho, is it necessary to use a subject coz I feel more comfortable using my fingers. And is it ok to dowse during period? I usually find myself extra sensitive during this time so...? This subject is relatively new to me so any information will be very helpful.

Hello Babilac- Use whatever tool is easiest for you to interpret your body energy with- your fingers are an excellant source for you. It's fine to dowse during your period, but if for any reason you don't feel comfortable- don't. Dowsing uses your soul to seek information at an ALL-KNOWING level. If there are times when you don't feel comfortable, then more than likely your soul is not protected while seeking the info and you should stop. I confirm you're in group 1. Hope this helps. Wen'

Thank you Wenonae, I'll keep on trying. I'm glad that I'm on the right track. BTW is it weird to receive a "no" for one place and a "yes" several hours after? I received quite many yes for the herbs but I don't think I can take them all at the same time. Maybe I should ask other questions to find out more.
I do understand that detailed questions should be asked. I've only asked yes/ no until now, but I've read some of your posts. You mentioned about answer like "yes, but" "no, i don't want to answer" or "no but". Sometimes I feel like I received a neutral answer too but I can't figure it out with the muscle testing I'm currently applying. Should I give a try to other method?

Yes, it's very possible and yes it really depends on what you phrased. My guess is that you are asking what herbs you need for BE. But you have to be specific and say "What herbs will I need to use for a successful BE regimen?" Otherwise, it could be during one part of the day you won't need an herb, but another part you will. Your best muscle-testing indicator: hands in front like prayer position with 1" gap. Your test is to try to close the gap after you ask your question. If you can- it's a yes. If you can not it's a no. If it slides up- it's a yes, but. If it slides down- it's a no, but. Using the fingers is 95.5% accurate. That one about would take you to 100%. Wen'

You're awesome Wenonae. I really appreciate all your help. I'll keep on dowsing and come up with my routine soon. If not too big of a hassle, will you take a look at it? I'm sure my routine will be a complex one (currently have 9 herbs, and upcoming supplements)

Took me a while to figure how to ask correctly. I've come up with 13 herbs (capsule form), and 1 supplement. If anyone can take a look and confirm the first period for me, I'd really appreciate. I had to change the location and subsequently lost the concentration to ask for a detailed second period.
Supplement: Branched amino acids, I wasn't sure what they are exactly so I dowsed, figured it's protein shake.
Period 1 (3 months) - Damiana (Morning 7-9am once per day) - Fenugreek (Morning, once per day) - Sheep Sorrel (once per day) - Red Clover (Three times per day) -Turmeric (Three times per day) - Yellow dock (Three times per day) - Wild Yam (Three times per day)
Second period (6 months) - Dong Quai. - Fennel. - Greenbush Enhancement Caps - Licorice. - Mandrake - Saw palmetto I dowsed for best time to start the most successful fastest NBE routine, the answer is that I should start around April. I'm going to go oversea for 2 months this summer so would it be best to start the routine after the trip?
P/S: It seems my routine is quite complex. Is it because of my questions? I asked for herbs that give "most successful, fastest, safest NBE quest" and there we have quite many.

K, have permissions. Basically you have a lot because you're addressing a health issue before doing the real BE part. I confirm all the items and information in Period 1. In period 2 I match all but fennel. I get that you should use that externally in a boobie batter that you make up. Boobie batter= food grade aloe vera + fennel extract. Period 2 is when you would massage. You'll need to check weekly how many rotations and which direction (inward vs. outward). Wen'

Thank you so much, Wen. I love you <3
That explains the many herbs part, I was really worried I did sth wrong. Dowsed many times and still same things came up with strong positive answer. I just remembered I forgot to ask for their rating, however I did ask specifically about the herbs that give most successful, fastest, healthiest NBE. Do you think I should ask for their rating also?
There are two things I can't find on Greenbush or any drugstore:
Yellow dock Sheep Sorrel
Any idea where I should look at?
I'd really appreciate all your help ^^

Aw, you're welcome- really. I'd rate the herb brands/bottles I was going to purchase. This way you make sure you get the best for your system. If you don't have a Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods in your area, I recommend www.vitacost.com and www.vitaminshoppe.com. Good service, good prices. Wen'

Raising hand:
You mean checking on blocks which are in the way of dowsing? Then what do I dowse for, honestly? I thought I've got a routine and that should be it.
I'm well aware that I still need to dowse for more details on period 2 tho, dosage and such. Somehow from what you said, I get the feeling that dowsing should be practiced regularly?
Sorry if I asked a stupid questions, I'm that clueless about dowsing (I had to look up for "dowsing" on Merriam Webster at first :l)

For information about blocks and all, read the pinned threads in this folder. You should plan to check every 2 weeks or so to make sure that there's nothing else that has cropped up.
