Thank you so much for all the info. I will definately check out those routines and look up the other info as well. I would rather try someone's routine who has had visible results since I feel I am getting rather old and my body doesn't work like it use to. Plus I must say I am a bit skeptical as to whether my breast can grow anymore, although they have changed over the years and my own mother and all of her sisters are very well endowed D's or more. Thank you for your time in replying to my request for help!

Hello wsdm, testosterone + aromatase = estrogen The thing to do is to encourage the production of estrogen by encouraging the production of aromatase, and to avoid the loss of testosterone. GLA is a precursor to aromatase. Here is a good thread that covers a lot of it: beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1126664854This is why we encourage eating meat, taking a multivitamin, taking Borage oil (or EPO but for GLA, Borage is better). Some Flax Seed Oils have lignands in them. The lignands in flax are aromatase inhibitors, so when selecting a flax seed oil and you have a choice between one that claims lots of lignands and one that does not (Barleans has both), take the one that does not. Saw Palmetto keeps testosterone from converting to DHT which keeps it free to aromatize into estrogen. Now for the fun part. The idea is to also do this as locally as possible. Some women accumulate fat in the belly, hips, thighs, and butt. This is not because their BE routine is not working, but because it is working system wide. So, one way to address this (as much as it can be addressed) is to massage in the herbs and get the body used to doing that first - like two or three times per day. This is going from the outside in, or transdermally. Going from the inside out is to take herbs internally. I could go on and on about this but I think that if I do I will detract from the point. Aromatase is a key focus for BE. The ingredients involved are red meat, Borage oil, and Saw Palmetto, and to avoid things that are anti-aromatase such as high lignand flax seed oil. Borage oil is great for massage. Saw Palmetto is not. It's another subject, but the basic idea in a nutshell is that estrogenic herbs are what work and what should be used, not SP. Wahaika Holy crap....Ive been drinking a rice protien shake recently....for dieting purposes...I put 3 teaspoons of flax oil this one : www.vitacost.com/Barleans-Omega-Twin-Organic-Flax-Borage-Oil#IngredientFactsI notice it has lignans.....now mind you..I drink a cup of my shake a day...sometimes 2, is this stuff gonna hinder my be routine. I really hope not cuz I bought a whole bunch of this stuff...

Ok I just realized that 5 fenugreeks exceed 3000mgs...woops....ok so being that I took 4 already today I will leave the fens at that....just 4 a day=2440mgs a day!...from what I understand, more than 3000 can cause a stall.

Generally speaking, but some women can stall at much lower levels depending on their size and how their body absorbs it. Something to always watch for.
