As so many of us are aware, utilizing the right combo of herbs has enabled some of us to increase our breast size permanently. I was just wondering if someone can explain the science behind the article (see link below) for me because it seems to oppose everything we know: www.susanlovemd.com/community/flashes/I really can't understand the scientific 'proof' in this article since, well, seeing is believing! -Stormy

Oh no, not another depressing article about phyto oestrogens I agree with you, it makes you confused, even if you really want to believe in NBE...) I have been using herbs for breastenlargement for quite a long time but my breasts haven't grown yet. I have thought about the possibility that it really is true, what it says in the article you added to your post, that women who might gain breastsize from NBE are postmenopausal women or women who have been breastfeeding. I posted an article about this not that long ago and I was quite happy to be informed that there were women on this board who hadn't had any children, or were postmenopausal but had gained breastsize anyway So I keep on hoping and waiting. It's just that the so called evidence against NBE sometimes still makes me feel bad .

"Breast enhancement products typically exploit common misunderstandings about what herbs and "phytoestrogens" can and cannot do. For example, the advertisements claim that since a woman's estrogen is what naturally causes her breasts to grow, products like soy, red clover, flaxseed, black cohosh, saw palmetto, and wild Mexican yam will do the same." Black cohosh, saw palmetto and mexican yam are NOT phytoestrogens. Fawn www.botanicalbeautylab.com

I was ready to try Brava (or something similar, at least) but then I came across this board and a MSN group that consisted of women who give truthful testimonials and suggestions. After reading everything, I have decided to give herbs a chance again because I really don't see what else I have to lose right now. Perhaps setting my own plan will help but I wonder how much my program will differ from the ones on here? I just turned 20, haven't had kids or breastfed and I'm wondering what could possibly be the best combo for me? I'll record my routine for a month and see where it gets me. If I get ANYTHING I'll start posting it. ;D

Man--you too? Yes, I have also tried Complete La Femme breast enlargement liquid/pills for 6 months and saw NO breast growth! I even tried their lotion for about a month or so along with the pills--nothing! I am also around your age--19 years old, never had children, never breastfed. I've tried Quick Bust for almost 6 months, but I'm not sure if it worked--I measured my breasts, and the tape measure says that they've grown 1.5", but I do not see or feel any growth! And I just started taking Megabust about 2 weeks ago--I hope that works. If after 5 to 6 months Megabust does not work, then I will try individual herbs for about 6 months. If individual herbs does not work for me, then I don't know where else to go--maybe Brava? Just thought I'd share! Good luck with whatever route you plan to take.
Cya! ~Melo~

Hey Melo! I was on that MSN group forum board where you posted all the info for Complete La Femme and I just wanted to post another "thank you" for that info. I think it may be too late for me, however, to send in for the 3-month refund because it was a year ago. I'm trying individual herbs right now but didn't feel any sensations yet. I switched from 3wy to 3sp today (taking it w/1500mg of Fennu, 2EPO tabs and 1FX daily) and I'm starting to feel a little weird (all over)...almost kinda light-headed too but let's see where this takes me. ;D Good luck with everything! ^_^
