Although this link is specifically about male breast enlargement, it has great info (most already mentioned here in one place or another) about female breast enlargement. It is an endocrinology website, if anyone is interested. www.endotext.org/male/male14/male14.htmM97 You can also go to their homepage and search the female section and get info on PCOS. I didn't check it out though, because I don't have it. Looks like a decent endocrinology site. Just FYI.

WHOA, M97! Cool, cool find. Seems to support the 'BEB theory' we've kinda picked and prodded up ourselves, sans the IGF. Interesting that progesterone and estrogen can help raise GH levels. When you have got that going on..IGF seems to increase, which means no if ands or buts..the stuff is needed. Now what remains is the exact level needed..and where cheap blood tests are, so we can know for sure where we need to work towards.

Thanks Wen. I thought it was a pretty cool site, too. As you can probably tell, I am drowning myself in BE research right now. I have been at this quest for over a year now, with not much to show for it (nothing to show for it, really except frustration and a smaller wallet). I am convinced that hormonal BE works, I just haven't found all the right ingredients for my body yet. And, I have tweaked TO DEATH the herbs and BO. There's no point in my continuing to up/down doses and add things that aren't working for my body. So, now it's back to the drawing board. I am off everything right now except milk thistle!! I am not even taking my fish oil. I cannot tell you the absolute JOY of not being tied to popping pills all day long. So, I will continue to stay off everything until I research enough to feel comfortable with a totally new routine that includes things I have never tried (if that's what makes sense to do), because the same old, same old just isn't doing anything for me. I am totally intrigued with the whole IGF-1 angle, but there is more research to be done! I WILL find something that works! In the meantime, I hope others can benefit from the information I am gathering. M97
