The first day i found this forum I had no idea whatsoever what "dowsing" even meant (Wen -if you happen to read this- you probably got a little frustrated with me... I used an on line dictionary before asking you anything, but i typed the word wrong ...go figure ha ha). I've been looking, but did not find enough information...or maybe that was all the info i needed and i just cant dowse...or maybe it's because i live on campus nd there might be blocks... i don't know  if you could tell me anything regarding this i will be grateful one more thing: is there a "war going on" between whats believed to be "science" and dowsing? I've be read some old threads and they've kind of left me with my mouth open. Anyway i bought epo, fenugreek, WY, and SP...but i don't know when to start taking them or if any of them will even work on me thank you so much for all the motivation you all gave me best wishes from adry  |

I will leave the above message but i read some more after i posted teh above message...and if anyone has permission, and will dowse will probably get that i did not do it right my roommate is going away for a couple of days so i'll keep trying teh questions i ask are "should i use fenugreek?...sp...wy...etc and "how long will it take?" keep in touch |

wow ... interesting well im glad i was entertaining enough Thank-you so much for giving me all this info. my house is 4 hours from here...i have a room that i share with a girl here on campus; but anyway i'll look for other places I am so excited...group one huh thanks again hugs i'll update soon |

Hi Adryx- Just list some place you can go to or relax in and I'll check them for you. I think if you just get a good tool, you'll be good to go for the most part. Your dorm room is 7.8/10...so should be fine to do there.  O, the 'war' with science vs. dowsing...it's kind of simmered down, but really this forum is about supporting whatever works for someone's BE success. Find what you're comfortable with in terms of method and give it a go. Wen' |

I see... well i could try the kitchen upstairs or the lounge that i lived in last semester -- i basicaly had no roommate and it was spacious (oh and there's a window w/ a seat, mayb a little cold now during winter but i liked that place) hopefully they will unlock it soon... there is a smaller lounge right next to it... there is a bridge between the library and another building; it has windows along its sides... i could go in my office at the research center, it is awfully quiet there haha
So far, i have used a paperclip on white sowing thread. I know it sounds cheesy but it was all i had around at the time and my goal was just to see if i could do it. But it just spins...and then i know that every structure has a frequency and the continuous spinning may be cause by that... What i'm trying to say is that nothing happened that couldn't be explayned by laws of physics. Maybe i lerned too much in school. im not being skeptical, I want it to work.
What i did was i hung it 2 ft from teh ceiling.

Heh. Just go thru the steps listed in the thread. See what happens then (also use the body position I put above). Also, the paper clip isn't too hot, but a safety pin would be fine. Wen' |

One more question if you dont mind.
I have this necklace from my boyfriend... it's one of the 4 pieces of jewelry i have with me here. the chain is white gold and there is a cross with a rose which is made of silver. Could I use that? Its very dear to me. When i use the paperclip and the thread im thinking "here i have a paperclip" lol
What do you think?

Tip: whenever you open a folder: check the pinned threads at the top.
The necklace from ur boyfriend- it's perfect to use. ;d It's a 9.2/10 where 10 is perfect for Adryx.

The "safety pin" refused to show me what was "yes..no...etc"

Adry-
Know what's going. Your spirit guide isn't there. If they aren't there, you can not dowse- period. They are record keepers, so someone's gotta be there to monitor. Ummm, my indication is he'll be back Monday, 1/21/08. Once you start dowsing, there will be overlap so you won't have a void again.
