a terrible (well, boob-wise) thing has happened: i have fallen sick and over 3-4 days of taking cold/flu medicine containing acetaminophen my breasts have shrunk tremendously! like to the size i haven't seen in years. i guess they were growing so gradually all along i hardly even noticed... and had been wondering whether all my efforts were for naught. very, very upsetting. well, i've dowsed as to how quickly i can at least match the size i was at 2 weeks ago and got: 2 weeks. not changing the routine in any way; making sure to eat leafy greens, apples, some pears, enough protein; doing at least 20 mins/day of combined massage/energy sending; totaling at least 10 total hours of qigong over the 2 weeks. hoping somebody can match that, and make sure nothing is missing... the other question was, since i had been planning a break around march - or so, for best growth and retaining overall, is it best to take the break now and continue later, or regain and maintain now, and take a break later, around march or april? and i got taking the break later. many thanks to whoever can help...

*sorry in advance since I can't really help dowsing-wise (in the middle of a cleansing)
but I was wondering if you could tell me more about this energy-sending thing? I actually have a book that teaches energy techniques for stimulating the energy body, do you just focus it in your breasts?

K, hp.
I pretty much match..except I get 9.5hrs. total (close enough!!) I confirm, take break later. End of March. Re-assess exact time frame in February.

thank you Wen! hoping to regain and grow more very soon 2008reso: yes, sending energy is basically that. early on it's probably easiest to do in between massaging, i.e. massage for a few minutes, then just focus your attention on the feelings of warmth/heaviness/tingling in the breasts, then massage some more, etc. later on you should be able to 'induce' those feelings even without massage... (massage is still important, though!) this is generally easier to do later in the cycle and harder right after the period, but i think it's very very helpful both in minimizing after-period shrinkage and helping with successful growth and retaining. best of luck!
