I think I"m a type 3 dowser---I guess I"m just one of those disconnected people or something. I definitely feel funny trying it.
I see people "checking" or confirming each other's responses--is it possible for others to dowse for me if I haven't done the initial dowsing myself, or can I try to work on the dowsing?
I suppose I'd be ok doing trial and error, but it feels like I'm on the wrong path, and I dont know what to start adding/subtracting/changing. Thanks =)

Hi Stephie- Wow..I actually have permissions again. Yay. If you're in group 3, simple hone your physical intuition to help with dowses and things. Meditation helps with improving that. Basic BE items: fenugreek, wild yam, vitamin C, vitamin D. You'll need to play around w/ doses of herbs. Vitamins should be moderate daily doses bottle says. Fastest timeline: 6.5 mos, 3 cups Blocks: N/A Wen'

wow wen, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm going to go pick up a multivitamin with Vitamin C and D, and start drinking more OJ! I'll try meditation---can I "graduate" to a type 2 dowser if I really work on it, or is it sort of a "you have to be born with it" sort of thing? Also---I do get headaches with my Saw Palmetto. Is it possible that I'd be better without it? Man.... 3 cups. You've given me new hope!!!! Here's to growing 3 cups!!! *raise glass*

Hi Miss Stephie- I shoulda been clearer. That BE list...says the ONLY items you need for BE. Chuck the SP. Dowsing ability- yeah it's a "you have to be born with it thing". Dowsing- is the ability to seek info you desire on a spiritual level. Meditation- is simply 'receiving' the info you seek/ being aware of the answer you seek. So one can still use meditation to help with assessing what you need to accomplish your Purpose, improve your health, and increase your happiness in this life (re: grow boobs). Meditation is just less direct. Do realize, that timeline is the best case. You'll need to work on adjusting doses as you go along. Wen'

So just to confirm, I should chuck the fennel, borage oil, flaxseed oil, red clover, and GABA? I feel like, for some reason, the flaxseed oil is good for me, but I know I'm not very in touch with myself, so I'll believe you if you say to chuck it =) Also... do the rest of the herbs simply not help, or could they hurt my be effortd? I saw that it was a best case scenario =) I'd actually be THRILLED at 1 cup in 6 months. Even 1 cup in 12 months!! I saw your updated thread---I'll definitely try the lavender thing, thanks!! YOU ARE SOOOOO HELPFUL!! <3

wow I was totally wrong. The flax seed started giving me major stomach problems... like awful stomachaches and diarrhea. Definitely dropping that!
also, wen---you said I only needed those herbs that you listed. does that mean I don't need massage wiht the batter? thanks!!! you're a godsend =)

Stephie- The reading is that you don't need a specific batter. Every once and again as you itch..simply massage your breasts with your hands for some relief. Wen'
