Hi i turn out to be a type 3, i cannot even muscle test. Maybe i should try more. I just don't seem to get a good response. i am doing a cleanse right now and hope to start my program after that,
can someone help me to check this:
do i have blocks? wich hormone is out of balance? when should i start my program?
i hope i am on the right path now.

Hiya again-
Yes and no. Referring to adrenaline levels. But in specific, your adrenal gland is functioning outta whack.
I have permissions to tell you what to do to fix the blocks and to check to see if they are gone. However, I may not walk thru all the day-to-day with you.
Phys #1 of 2- You need minor aerobic exercise (15min moderate pace 3x's a week) to improve circulation Phys #2 of 2- You need at least 7 hrs of sleep a nite to help raise ur HgH naturally.
Mentl #1 of 2- You need to do positive self affirmations for 21 days to help u believe in urself. ("I love myself, I am a beautiful person, I can do great things") Mentl #2 of 2- You need to imagine yourself surround by bright White Light weekly to lift your spirit
Spiritual #1 of 4- You need to meditate to calm and center yourself at least 3x's week. Spiritual #2 of 4- You need to stretch by rotating torso left to right to allow ur chi to flow (raises energy levels). Spiritual #3 of 4- You need to do some feng shui of your bedroom (I can help, it's the last thing u need to do). Spiritual #4 of 4- You need to commit yourself within your soul to spiritual growth. Look at things in your life you're letting keep you from moving forward. Take baby steps to move past that situation.

Thank you again! i am happy i received an awnser. Next week i will go to a energy healer, i hope that will be good as well. By the way, i drink to much cafeine, it also affects the adrenal gland. I am trying to quit drinking energy drink etc.
About feng shui, i just moved.. i sleep much better now but my room is still a bit messy. Hopefully i can fix that.
Will i be able to grow after i fixed the blocks?

Hi,
I' doing better now, i stopped drinking caffeine. Am working on my spiritual growth. I hope to start my routine next month. Could you help me to dowse the right ammounts? I reallly hope things will work out now!

Hiya Pink- You still have 4 of the 8 blocks. Exercise level isn't too hot, it doesn't seem like any of the mental exercises have been done, and you could use a little more meditation. BE won't work right now, but I can write down the ranges for the stuff you need. You'll need to ramp up evenly to get to the highest dose. 8 month regimen, 10 months growing time for 2.5 cup increase 4 BE items- RC, Women's multi-vitamin, Fennel, and Damiana. Start at beginning of follicular. Ramp up over Cycles 1-3. Hold MAX dose Cycles 4-7. Do Cycle 2 dose for Cycle 8. RC from 500mg MIN --> 1500mg in morn, w/o food Multi-vitamin, 1 cap at nite b4 bed Fennel from 600mg MIN --> 2300mg, in eve or nite w/ food Damiana from 500mg --> 1200mg, in morn w/o food. Wen'
