I have heard that some have used meditation for help with BE. What I mean by meditation is focusing on the internal body's functions and imagine the body's fat relocating in the breasts. It has been said that since the body's functions are really controlled by the brain, meditation of this sort may be beneficial. Has anyone heard of/tried this method? What do you guys think about the validity of this claim? I think this may be something I could work into my routine.

Mandy-
It's surely worth a try. It's only in the direction of positivity. At the very least you'll have a means of relaxation/de-stress which helps any effort.
Personally, I haven't really heard of controlling the function's like that on a conscious level- rather the unconscious via hypnosis.

Thanks Wen' I think I will give it a go- positive thinking never hurt anyone anyway. I'll let you guys know if I feel it caused any progress!
