Hi, everybody. I am about to begin a BE routine using the following:
Fennel Wild Yam Potassium Pumpkin Seed Psyllium
To incorporate these into my program, I am about to purchase Greenbush's Fennel extract and Greenbush's Wild Yam extract. I bought a bottle of Psyllium capsules and a big bag of salted pumpkin seeds (yummy snack) at a local health food store. I may try to simply increase my potassium level by increasing my intake of foods each day which are high in potassium (like bananas and potatoes... perhaps trying to eat the equivalent of a whole banana or a whole potato per day.)
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to dowse one or both of the following questions for me?
My most pressing question is: Will using the Fennel and Wild Yam from *Greenbush's extracts* be a good choice for me?
My second, less important question for now is: Will the other versions of each item listed (capsules, snack seeds, food choices) above be good choices for me in terms of quality and quantity for my BE goal?
Thanks so much to any who respond!

Hi YT-
You're in group 3 as it relates to dowsing..so you can still use your gut instinct which can be as high as 77% accurate.
K, GB extracts of fennel and wy rate 9.2/10 for u. Potassium is good, pumpkin seed isn't always necessary, and the psyllium should be dropped all together.
