Would anyone be able to dowse my routeine for me? I have tried it in the past and been confused about it all. I'm not to keen on the idea of using herbs yet though but i'm willing to try lotions, creams and other forms of NBE. Feel free to ask me anything you want. I'm 17 158 cm tall, i smoke (not many though around 5 a day) and i currently take a multi vit, do massarge for 5 mins a day and listening to innertalk every night.

I would suggest you take a gander through all the posts you've written that had replies to them in regards to the dowsing efforts, within the past couple of years. The answer was already provided there for what you needed to do. Was never clear why you never followed up on it.

Actully most of questions wernt answered i'd just get see what it says. Fat lot of good that it if i dont even know if i'm doing it right or trust it.
