Hi girls, I'm a bit sad because I'm trying to grow my breast without any result.
My name's Laura, I'm from Italy, turning 22 on October 27th.
I'm currently taking daily 6 pills fenugreek for a total of 3660 mg, 2 epo for a total of 2600mg and 2 saw palmetto for a total of 2000mg...
I really don't understand if this routine works for me but i feel tingling and itching sensation from time to time....
I'd like to know how many pills daily I should take, how much will I grow and how much time it will take to see results....also if i need to take something else and if caffeine or drinks like coke are bad for my nbe.
I would be very thankful if someone could dowse for me, just to be sure if i will ever have bigger breast.....
If there are missing info that you need please let me know....

yes.....I don't know where to start, don't know how to rate the pendulum and the position....I started in february....but still don't have any result......

Ok....I tried but without rating p and position because I didn't understand how to.
I asked if it's dangerous to make a be and had a NO
Than I asked if Epo is good for my be and had NO, saw palmetto NO and Fenugreek YES.
Than I asked how many caps x day and had a Yes to 6.
Need other herbs: No
Need progesterone cream: No
Coke is bad for be:No
Coffee: YES
Cigarettes:Yes
Increase of 1 cup size: 5 month
I think it's completely wrong.....But at least I tried.....
Can you please verify this and tell me If I should ask something else?

Hope you didn't feel like your arm was twisted, but the forum isn't always fast to respond, so it's good to be able to do stuff on your own. 10= the best Your body position: 8.4/10, Your p: 8.7/10, your location: 9.3/10. Anything over 7, is decent. Over 9 is really good. Confirm: for fasest and healthiest BE- yes all you need to take is FENUGREEK. 1 cup perm. increase: 4.5 months. We match!! Stock up! Wen' |

oh my god, oh my god.... How could it be possible.....It was right..  .. Thank you very much Wen for verifying me. I remember that when I was on WonderUp I had lots of tingling, but after 4 months with only 1 cm of growth, I turned to single herbs, with Epo fenugreek and saw palmetto. I really can't believe that I have to take only fenugreek...Let's see what happens....So are good 6 pills?3660 mg x day. Kisses Laura. |

Hiya-
The 6pills is fine for right now. You should check at least weekly to see how much to take daily.
Also, make sure you're taking it at the best times in the day (morning 5-10a, afternoon, 12-4p, evening 4-8p, or nite 8p-12a) and whether or not you need an empty stomach.
