Need Help with dowse routine

Okay,

My herbs came in yesterday , FINALLY! I had already bought my brands before dowsing which was a no, no but luckily i dowsed each one last night and this is what i got:

BComplex Vitamin (Natures Way) 9/10
RC Blossoms (Natures Herbs) 8/10
Saw Palmetto (GNC, which i already had) 10/10

Should be at least a 7 out of 10 so they are all okay right??

2nd thing: Dosages
B Complex Vitamin (Natures Way) dowsed only once a day....should be in the morning

RC Blossoms (Natures herbs) 354 mg dowsed only three times a day...1 in the am and 2 at night before bedtime.

Saw palmetto 160 mg (Standardized) 2 x day 1 in the am and 1 at night before bed

My concern or question:
BEFORE receiving my pills, i dowsed the RC Blossoms (it was the second week in November or so, see routine)
and i got that i should be taking 5 x day. This time i only got 3x day. Should this have changed or did i do it wrong??
Also, i tried to dowse some kind of timeline to see if i would reach any kind of growth.
I got:

1/2 inch by 2 months
1 1/2 by 4 months
2" by 5 months
Tried to go above this up to about 8 months and kept getting a no. (Not saying i'm complaining)
I just didn't feel all that good about it.....can someone check for me??

Basically i just asked would i grow 1/2 in 1 month, in two months etc until i got a yes, then i'd ask would i grow 1 inch in that many months and kept going until i got a yes, and so on.
Since i didnt' feel good about it, i went ahead and took Wen's advice about asking did i have any blocks and i got a yes. I got that i had one and it indicated it was a mental block. How can i get rid of this?

Sorry for all the questions. Just am anxious to get a roll on a routine again!! Thanks!!

Yay..you did it all correctly (the steps)!

The amount of RC/day will depend specifically on the contents of the bottle you have, so don't worry about that you got 5 x's a day before. You'd just dowsed general information. Lucky you that all your stuffs are good for you (7/10+).

To overcome your mental block, you don't even need to figure out what the block is about..however, it's good FYI and is usually it's 'fear of' something. Prolly the easiest way to just get to the crux and figure out what to do is to see if hypnosis or subliminal hypnosis or a prayer would be of help.

So far,www.innertalk.com has all the hypnosis stuffs one could ever think of. Just dowse the first letter of the CD, then check the smaller list for what's best to use. If you need a prayer...well, we'll cross that bridge later.

So now, re-do your timeline..say if I fix the mental block...what's my timeline. You prolly couldn't go above 8 months b/c that's your last physical response possible without fixing the block.
