Seriously, for the last week it has been telling me to take quite huge amounts of WY ( I use the dried herb - so I'm not quite sure how much - one day it was 1/2 tsp and thats 3 times a day!!!!) this could be almost 6grams or something... having said that its yeilding good results, my breasts are so sore and swollen that I'm carrying them around and it seems to be really filling up the tops. AT this stage I'm following my P and as my 3 mths is next week. I'll give myself a week off. Any thoughts?? rebecca

I'd keep going...you've got momentum. To understand the impact, see if you stop now, will u need to take time to re-ramp..and if you stop now, will your gains stay. Usually it takes like 3 months average for the 'new' fats stay for good (no shocking weight-loss during that time, low dosage of herbs sometimes needed...stuff like that) .
I was on like 12g's of RC on my first regimen. Felt great and also grew. After u are really ready to go on break..you can see if you need a liver cleanse. But break just to break...not necessary if you dowse. That'll be indicated. You'll ask if you need anything..and you'll get nothing to everything. Dowsing a timeline helps u to have a 'heads up' to when that'lll happen.

Yes, I need to set up a timeline - but whenever I try I get conflicting info. Gotta sit down and really dedicate some time to it.
thanks once again,

Rebecca-
Prolly because the brands of what you're currently using, your timelines are fluctuating in indications. Be sure they are all 7/10+. Ask the question 2 ways, "on the f&h regiment, what's the fastest I could reach..." "With the items I have now, when will I reach..."
Heeyyy...I get your potential for this regimen (on good brands) is 31.5fullC which is a 32medC. total time: 6.8 months. time left: 4 months.;D my accuracy is 10/10.

Wen, thanks for doing this....but I'm confused about the sizes...I think mainly coz I'm so wide around the ribcage (32.5") so my 37 inches currently sounds big, but is less than a b. I would need another 2" to be a c which would be 39". I think this is where I get lost dowsing as well. I tried just dowsing inches, but that wasn't working.

Ah, k. Maybe approach it like this. Ask about bands and cups separately. Ask about diametrical breast measurements (horizontal and vertical). For sanity, dowse where u r right now. Then measure- be sure u place it in the right spot...u can dowse where to put the tape. Then dowse ur band size, (see if that matches where u should be). Finally dowse which bra brand fits you best. THEN dowse "for (that bra), what cup will I fill at the end of my regimen? What will be my diametrical horizontal measurement. So I wrote the above..then decided to dig into it more. I did check to see if you could indeed properly dowse your timline...get you can not (I can dowse ur cup, but not ur band..). Why??- I'm getting that there's a spiritually-based reason. Well..check your PMs. Wen'
