Well got my new dowsed routine in place and going well - it feels really good. Today I asked P if anything was missing. Got a huge yes.c Ask if it was internal, massage, external, hypno, mindset etc. Cannot begin to work it out. Can you help a little (again ) rebecca

Heya Rebecca- NP..it's nice to be asked abt dowsing stuff . I've been at this for a moment, so I've figured it right out. It's an 'action'- you need to do- skin brushing (I had to do this too). It wound up I could just use a brush I had at home. It's one of those kinds with rounded tips (not a bristle brush). I then dowsed where and which direction to brush- for me it was my torso- lower abdomen. I was to brush from my lower ab towards my breasts. Apparently I store fats there first....so doing the brushing (I dowsed) kept the fats from staying there and finding in essensce a safer 'home' ;D. So check to see where u need to brush. Other dowsers have had to do their legs vs. the tummy. Also ask the number of strokes u need to do. I only had to do a paltry like 8 one time up to 20..and only a few days. Happy brushing! Wen'

Also wen' I was wondering if it might be possible to rename the thread about "setting up a NBE routine" as most people seem to miss it (I did too!). If it said something about starting dowsing ("dowsing for dummies"?? LOL) might help some people who get lost.
