Alright, I'm back. And I'd love some assitance with the dowsing. Once I found the correct p for me, the dowsing in general has worked well. But I ran into a snag with the BE dowsing.
I dowsed that I would do best on BO. Once I got it, I dowsed that I needed 3 capsules (150mg) 3 times a day (1350mg total). I was to take them away from food, but with milk. Problem is, I'm lactose intolerant. I don't know if any of you have tasted lactaid milk, but it's awful. I couldn't force myself to drink it.
So I tried taking the BO with just water or fruit juice, and then I tried with food, and I tried only 2 capsules 3 times a day. No matter what I did, I ended up with ... *ahem* ... digestive problems. I dowsed that it wasn't actually harmful to me healthwise, and that milk would fix the problem. Needless to say, I quit the BO pretty quickly.
Now, I've just ordered some Kefir grains. Kefir grains make kefir out of milk -- its similar to yogurt. I did this for health reasons, but it occurred to me that perhaps I could take the BO with kefir and it would serve the same purpose as milk. So I just now dowsed, and got a yes.
After that first experience, I was wondering if someone would be willing to double check what I've dowsed for my routine and make sure I didn't miss something, or totally misread something?
I have BO 3 pills 3 times a day, with Kefir. Massage at least twice a day for 5 minutes each time with sesame oil (don't ask me why sesame oil. I just got that it would be helpful. Perhaps it's wishful thinking since I already have it! ). I can add in the Mirifem cream if I want, but it's not necessary.
I got that I should not go back on BCP yet, and that I do need to change my diet to something more healthy. (Working on that for general health purposes already). I also got that I need to take the BO away from the other medications I have, b/c it will interfere with them.
I dowsed that it would be ok for me to do the Callanetics workout, plus my physical therapy exercises for my back.
Anyway, I'd love it if someone would check on this for me. It certainly doesn't have to be everything, if you just feel like checking to see if the BO is *healthy* for me to take, considering the reaction I had before, that would be a huge help.
Or you could just be a cheerleader for me. Jump up and down and tell me I'm gonna grow! ;D
Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
