Hi all,
have been using the St Herb PM cream together with a range of herbs( with good results ). Is it ok to use the Mirifem cream and keep taking my other herbs? I ask b/c I know you are not supposed to take PM (orally) with any other Phyto-Estrogens.
Anyone??

Switching to Mirifem from St. Herb cream should be just fine. It's good you're using it externally and the other herbs internally.
