Hi all, Just got my Mirifem cream. Ordered it on September 8; arrived on September 20. Will start using it immediately 2x/day as dowsed. As I'm on a break from all herbs and supplements it will be an enlightening test. The only prescription med I'm currently on is Actonel once a week. The Mirifem cream was sent registered USPS and extremely well packaged. The product packaging is very attractive and the inserts were well done. Does my advertising and design background show? Anyway, thanks Fawn, I appreciate the efficiency and clarity of ordering from your site.

No problem - tell me how well it works for you.
I became EXTREMELY sore when I used it, myself - and it did cause some swelling - then life got weird and I haven't touched it since.
It's time I got back on that, though.

Hi Fawn, I'll definitely let you know-a testimonial-type result would be nice Know about life being weird. My family seems to have the corner on the heart ailment market. Fortunately everyone is still with us and recovering although slowly.

Well, the thing with my dad has just been insane. Add that to my stepson visiting for a month, my two kids getting back from their Dad's where they had a way-too-free reign and then starting school! Not to mention my husband getting a job working nights and never being around to help.
I think I'm getting my nervous tick again!
Time to spend some time on myself - I won't even go IN to the extent of my self-neglect.

Are you using the Mirifem cream?
All I ever do is massage it in long enough to absorb the cream. I don't do any extensive massage. About 15-25 outward rotations and then toward the nipple about ten strokes.
The cream made me sore - not the massage.

Fawn, Did you say outward? I thought that we were supposed to do inward rotations. But hey if outward worked for you then I am going to try it. I already had tried the inward toward the nipple and it seems to work, I also have been doing them every time I use the bathroom and have really noticed a big difference.(I have been drinking a gallon of water a day so I'm getting in massage several times a day) I have been on break for a month now and I have maintained my size so thank you for all of your good advice.

I have also jumped on the Mirifem Cream bandwagon (boobwagon??) and have ordered from Fawn's site. I am on Seasonale birth control pills, which keep me from having a period for three months at a time. I wanted to complete a whole cycle of that before trying NBE so I could separate any growth or changes from the pill from whatever happens during NBE. But since I am putting so many synthetic hormones in with the BCP, I wanted to minimize internal herbs, hence the cream. Is the cream used all month long--all cycle long? With or without heat after? Should I also be doing reiki massage and how do I do that? I like the idea of a brief massage every time I use the restroom, though my coworkers might wonder why I am hogging the limited bathroom space. I am also using Saw Palmetto and possibly Evening Primrose Oil, since that has other healthful benefits as well--my sister in law uses it and has better skin and hair from the essential fatty acids. Can everyone using cream please keep the board posted on success??
Good luck to all.
Jennifer

I basically just rub it in, outward about 10-15 rotatations and then down towards the middle. I don't spend a lot of time on it, or use heat or anything else. I'm also a "fast-responder" and have nursed two kids. Do whatever works for you. I don't really have a lot of time to spend on it, myself.
You can use the cream all month long - I was using it twice a day, and just started up again with it.

According to Mominator, not every one gets sore. If you haven't noticed ANY difference in firmness, measurement, etc, and are still not getting achey, it may not be for you. You may need to add a heat-pack. Are you taking internals, too? Have you checked temps?

YunaOz - it DEFINITELY takes more than a month to notice results with anything. Give it at least 3 months to notice real changes. You should get some change in 1) sensation (i.e. aches and pains) OR 2) firmness or "heaviness" OR 3) actually measurement size.
And some women take 6 or more months to gain a cup, depending on their bodyfat level, age and gynecological history. I think most women are averaging about 5 months, but that's just the impression I get.
Just keep on the capsules and creams, get plenty of good nutrition (with protein and healthy fats), take a multivitamin and get plenty of sleep.

Where can I order mirifem? Should I order capsules or cream to begin with? Or both? I don't have a heat pack? What type do you suggest?
