Will it be better if you take mirifem for 15 days during your period and then the 15 days after? (30 days all around)

Mirifem is a new herb for the NBE circuit. Since it's so potent, the general protocol is to use it during follicular only. You could try for the full cycle, but be very very conscious of the 'negatives' (nausea, spotting, etc.).

I was going to start this cycle, but I have not ordered the pills yet. I will start in October and go for 15 days. Can you recommend anything for the 15 off days? I will look around the board to see if that question has already been asked. Thanx.

What products can you take during the 15 days you are off of Mirifem? I heard saw palmetto was good? Also I am taking cellegen right now, but my cycle started today. Is it safe to still take mirifem?

How come it doesn't tell you on the cellegen website how much of each herb are in the pills? Hope it tells you on the bottle.
I'd be cautious if i were you, Mirifem is pretty potent and you don't want to end up over doing things.

I suggest to some women that they just stick to progesterone cream during the luteal phase, and so far I've had good response with this suggestion. Fawn www.botanicalbeautylab.com

I'm not to sure about this one, but is the luteal phase the part when you are not on your cycle?

Yes, I have both the capsules and the cream, and have been happy with both. I sell a combo pack of one each at a small discount, or you can check my ebay store for the lowest price. stores.ebay.com/Botanical-Beauty-LabThe follicular phase is from the first day of your period until you ovulate, approximately 2 weeks. This is when estrogen and prolactin levels are highest and are the most productive for breast tissue (fat & collagen) growth. The luteal phase is from ovulation to the day before your period starts. Progesterone and estrogen levels are more equal, and this is the most product time for glandular growth. Fawn
