Can I get a 'yes' and a 'no' please?

Alright so, my dowsing book finally arrived and unfortunatly its not the most informative and is geared more towards water dowsing ect. I feel pretty confident in my knowledge of dowsing nontheless (thanks Wen for the post at the top of the page). However i'm having an issue with my P in that it wont let me know what its indication if for 'yes' and 'no', so I cant even ask if im in tune, how well my P rates ect. At first it seemed to be giving me fairly clear indications moving quite strongly but now it barely moves at all. Also, should I steady my P in between Questions? Thanks!

It seems that your 'tool'/'p' isn't too hot. Try cleansing it (using the info in that pinned thread). Actually, the indication is that the 'p' ur using rates 0.2/10 which is HORRID. Cleansing won't help it (only those that rate at least 6+). Please find another one. Ideal materials for your charm are: gold, plastic. Ideal strings are: gold chain, steel chain.

I was using a metal ring and thread! My dowsing book says wood is preferable, have ever heard that? Also thanks a ton for taking the time to dowse for my P rating, 0.2!!! who knows how long I would've spent messing with that thing! v. much appreciated, love Pepe.

Pepe,
I use a silver ring on button hole twist thread. The rating is what makes the difference. I'm assuming that Wen dowsed the materials for you as well. I'd follow her recommendations.
