Surf the threads here. I've got a good one pinned at the top with some info. There's also an e-book for dowsing for NBE. www.realhealthmethod.com/index_files/page0002.html. The book summarizes things in one place.

Need help forming a your best regimen? Dowsing, praying, or using your intuition may be your safest & fastest bet.
