I was just wondering if any of you keep a record of questions and answers with the p? I'd love to do that, but I find that I ask so many questions in a session that I don't really have the memory for it. I remember the main conclusions I get, but not all the specific questions. I'd love to record things because sometimes I start seeing patterns, or I realize later that I worded a particular question strangely and if I reword it I get a more accurate answer. I find that stopping every few questions to record tends to disrupt the flow of things. Dunno if that's just me or not. Just curious I guess. I'll figure something out ... or just keep recording the main answers. Kami

kami, I believe that Dollie keeps a detailed record of her dowsing. I don't keep a record of questions and answers but I do list the substances, amounts, dosages, times and activities required for a given day. The questions are pretty clear based upon the results/answers. Dowsing for me is lengthy due to all the items I take but is worth it especially when I go on break and realize that I feel better while on all of it. Perhaps if you break up the dowsing and list after each category like activities, then herbs with supplements, food etc. it would be easier.

I have all the items I generally need. After I check them all (about 14 of them), I ask if anything is missing. It does help to have key questions you cover written down when you're forming your regimen. Write them down before you start.
