I just Dowsed for the first time and I am not too happy with what it said. First it said that I should be taking Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto and Wild yam. I was already taking Fenu and S P but my doses were off. It said that my batter should be fennel, licorice and Red CLover. I was using Fenu and it said no. When I asked if I would get to a 34C it said no. I started out a AA and AAA so anything is nice but I just really wanted to go for it, ya know. It said that I would be a 34B in a month(I'm almost there on the one side) so does that mean that then I am all done? Do you think that maybe later it will say that I will grow more? I feel so deflated and depressed now

Hi Hula, That's cool you are trying dowsing! Try asking again about your 34C's this time ask if the bottoms will grow to a C (in a certain time frame) and then ask about the sides and finally the tops. Breasts seem to grow this way. Also, there is a thread somewhere in here that talks about body positioning while you are dowsing like sitting, legs crossed, not crossed etc. Check your position and adjust it to what your P says.
Glad to hear you are getting some growth! Lisa

Yeah, sometimes the truth sucks. At least you weren't on the complete WRONG regimen like I was. Make sure you ask for fastest and healthiest like I have in that pinned thread. I inidcate you can get to 34fullC. Maybe your regiment changes after u reach the B.

FYI I've had indications that were totally different from one week to the next. It takes a while to get a handle on this. Also be aware, as Wen mentioned, you may need different substances at different stages of growth or getting ready for growth. In my case I needed to prepare my body and get it healthy enough to accept growth. That took amino acids, vitamins, minerals and herbs. Now, I have two bottles of unopened Greenbush red clover caps that I probably will never use! Setting a time frame can be cost efficient

Wen, I am curious about something. When I dowsed it said that I should not take Gaba but I am older than 30 and in the F2F it said anyone older than 30 needs at least 2,000mgs of Gaba. I am still taking it but I switched my doses on my other herbs. I didn't take the full doses because I didn't want to overload myself. The day after I upped my herbs and added W Y I had pain so much that I couldn't really massage. Now this morning I measured and even though I have not massaged my big side at all for four days it grew. Strange! My other question is I couldn't get my P to tell me anything about being a 34fullC. Did it give you a time frame?

GABA is NOT something that is mandatory for everyone. In fact, it's probably what is inhibiting your indications about C's. I do indicate that in fact. Also, massage is not always needed to grow. I would totally suggest building a BE list for you vs. what worked for someone else. In fact, I don't even think Lucille used GABA nor any else who's posted about successes on BEB.
If you drop the GABA, it's a 3-5months timeframe from when u start seeing C's luteal until when u maintain that size follicular.

GABA can be a growth hormone secretagogue, but there are others that work just as well, and for some people better. GABA has other effects than growth hormone increase, and these might affect your results. It's good for hypertension and has some "mental effects" as well. It may just NOT be the HGH secretagogue you need. If you need any at all. Try dowsing others - like l'ornithine, l'argine and l'glutamine.
I myself have found dowsing futures to be pretty useless - through personal experience and objective observation. Personally, I think the pressure of having a "time-line" or goal or whatever negates the pleasure of the journey, builds unreasonable expectations and increases stress (which in and of itself decreases success).

It can enhance mood, improve sleep, and I've heard of people feeling not so hot on it.
GABA or other growth hormone increasers may help older women, but they are hardly mandatory and if there's any precancerous cells in the system, they can be downright dangerous. (Add melatonin & alpha lipoic acid to protect against breast cancer.)
