Do any of you dowsing ladies dowse to see what part of your cycle you are in? Follicar/Luteal? I have been doing this just lately and i am surprised that i have only had a Luteal phase of four days this cycle, i got my period on the 5th day (yesterday) and today i am back in follicar, P has indicated to take the Mirifem along side the prog cream again, this is what happened last time.(for a couple days) Last time towards the last two weeks of follicar i was going through a whole bottle of mirifem caps in a week!! I did have growth but this is starting to get really expensive also.
Does anyone else have a luteal phase as short as this? Just checking to see if when dowsing this maybe a pattern for some ladies or am i just 'different'?

sorry i know this ins t really answering your question but when does the stage happen and how do you know? I've been dowsing for over a month now (nearly 2) and i have noticed no change I checked for you a while ago that your prog. cream you're using sucks. It's also prolly causing other side-effects. You may want to check that. What happens when you touch that cream while holding ur p? Wen'

My 'p' looks kinda confused when i touched the cream, it sort of kept changing from yes and no. My binge eating hasnt got any better either so i'm going on a diet, i havnt checked whether it will affect my growth yet with my 'p' as i'm cleansing it at the minuet but i need to loose the pounds that i have put on as my stomach is looking swollen and i'm fed up of it Sorry for diverting your thread jewelz

That's an interesting thought to dowse for what phase you are in. Not familiar with doing it myself, but I am aware that the 2 weeks : 2 weeks is only general and womens cycles adjust according to condtions. It' could be the products you are using that are reseting your cycle.
I'm not sure I've been able to say this loud enough and often enough for it to be "gotten" (not by you specifically). So duck your head while I yell:
NBE PROGRAMS AFFECT THE LENGTH, DURATION AND SIDE EFFECTS OF YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE!
(sorry Jewelz, not yelling at you - at other people - who keep bitching that their periods started going whack when they started BE so they quit their pills and now they're whining it doesn't work!)
Once more, with feeling -
NBE PROGRAMS WILL CHANGE THE TIMING OF YOUR PERIODS! IT WILL CHANGE THE HEAVINESS! IT WILL CHANGE THE SYMPTOMS (PMS, bloating, headaches, etc.)
IF YOU ARE GOING ON AN NBE PROGRAM AND YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS - THEN STAY OFF THE PROGRAMS!!!
Wheeeh! I feel better, thanks!

Whew!! Hope its safe to get up outa my ducking position now.. lol I thought it may have been interesting, because we all assume that we have the normal 2weeks foll/2weeks luteal. Which is what everyone seems to go on, when in fact when dowsing you can still follow an NBE programme healthily whilst a dowsing programme may change your cycle completely, i was kinda thinking that maybe thats why all of the dowsing ladies that have been able to get the hang of dowsing has grown, where as the trial & error method doesn't seem to have as much success. For exmple: It seems i am only having about 4maybe 5 days in luteal, so the whole rest of the month i am in the 'growing' stage, which is great news for me I have already grown 2" since i started dowsing 14 weeks ago. I dowsed today that i can grow another inch on each breast in 4weeks time!! It seems its taking off for me now. I am 35, i had an unnatural menopause when i was 28, since dowsing i have got my periods back, i feel better than i have done in years, no more hot flashes, no more sleeplless nights, no more waking up soaked in sweat, no more mood swings...and to top it all? my breasts are growing and it seems they are growing far quicker than you'd think possible seens as i am someone who went through menopause i never thought it would be possible. I am not complaining about my periods, i am happy to have them, whether they are regular, erratic or whatever. I am so happy i came across this board, everything is different for me now. Jewelz xx

Hi Jewelz......really interesting post. Makes a lot of sense too. I am 14days luteal. Drats, less time for growth. Looks like you are coming along beautifully! Great work Lisa
