Hello. I am new at this whole thing. I recently dowsed for my list of ingredients.
I was wondering if anyone make their own capsules or extracts. The ebook on this mentioned doing homemade remedies but I'm a bit nervous about it. Anyone out there use this method for NBE?
Can you safely combine all/most/any of your ingredients and what is the easiest and dummy-proof method? Does it REALLY save you a lot of $$?
I am also considering taking commercial capsules for each herb but it's pretty expensive when you add it all up! HELP!

Hello, i am also interested in making my own capsules, Wenonae gave me a site, mountain rose herbs which sells a ecapsulator for only 13 dollars. I cannot afford all of these herbs constantly either and making them with the machine would save a lot of money, as the dry herbs are nowhere near as expensive as the pre made ones. I am not sure if they will still be as effective but hopefully someone can help us out with that. My message is in the general folder where the mountain herb site is, if you want to check it out!

I did some research on the web on my own. I checked out the encapsulator on mountainrose and it looks like it's worth getting! I just wonder if you can put a bunch of different herbs into one capsule. I would think if companies like Grobust and Breast Plus or whatever sell capsules of herbal combinations, we can mix them ourselves. Anyway, if you find out anything else, let me know! Rockkgirl |

Yep..definitley you can customize your own pill. Just don't make too much because the ratios could change. Be specific about the number of capsules to make for that ratio.

Thanks for the sites rockgirl, they are very helpful. I have decided to purchase the "00" machine from mountain rose herbs as well as the powdered herbs from the site so that i receive everything together. Once the herbs are powdered they lose their potency, but hopefully are sealed straight away once powdered and still effective. I may even grind my own herbs in the future. Good luck with your regime, keep us posted on how everything goes!

No problem Rachel! Good luck! I also purchased the 00 pills. I think I'll be ok swallowing the big pills. I hope so!  I ordered the herbs chopped. I have a little coffee grinder I can use but I may get another one just for the herbs. They're pretty cheap. you can get it anywhere. Rockkgirl |
