I have been dowsing for 4 and a half weeks, and i believe that i have experienced a tiny bit of growth, but unfortunately have ran out of fennel this week and re ordered so my regim shall be stalled for a little while.
I know how important it is that you need to dowse what kind of foods may interfering with your breast growth daily and have started to do so. But on some days my p indicates that i shouldn't eat any types of bread, no dairy products, and nothing high in sugar. Sometimes i have trouble finding what to eat for breakfast and at college, as i usually have toast or sandwich to eat throughout the day. I am just very curious as to what everyone else is eating as alternatives. Thanks!

Wow...guess all the glucose that's had in those foods really throw things off for you. I don't have nearly as restrictive of a diet, but know the college days very well. Here's some snacky things off-hand I can think of: fruit, protein shakes made with low-fat yogurt (some restricted from dairy can do this instead), nuts, whole wheat pasta meals, jerky, and meaty salads. You might want to try putting your 'p' in your empty pocketbok or an extra bag your carry (so people don't see it swinging) and walk up and down aisles at a grocery store seeing what foods you can eat in that aisle. Just some ideas Wen'

For breakfast I have old fashioned oatmeal with blueberries and almonds. ( you can make it in the microwave) Thomas english muffins have a low fat whole grain muffin out. Which I dowsed that I can have. Also I can have the all fruit preserves. Fat free yogurt with almonds and bran. I eat this a lot in work. I put the bran, almonds raisins or cranberries in a samll baggies and add it to the yogurt . Or make a protein shake, I found out most vanilla ones taste the best but add fruit to them. If you can frozen strawberries or blueberries. It makes a smoothie. Dowse to see if you can have a whole wheat pita. Check to see the fiber content for me it is anything over 3 or 4. Or try a baked sweet potato in the microwave. Hope this helps
