It is possible. That's what a lot of people do. You may find that you need to tweak that routine a bit or it could not work at all or it could work wonderfully. Sure, you could use that routine and it could work, or vice versa. BE is all about being willing to tweak here and there and being patient. Someone else's routine can be a good place to start though -- especially if you're hesitant.

;D Heh all again. I guess you can tell I am new because I am posting so many questions. Sorry if I seem to be a burden but you all are very helpful and all your info can help me out a lot. Thanks! Anyway I wanted to ask if someone was the same body type as you and you used their method is it possible that it could work for you to?!
