Hello i started dowsing as of yesterday and am just wondering how everyone figures out their dosages and the items that they will need in their routine for the future? Some of my herbs are going to last me only a month and i need to re order 2 weeks in advance before they run out, as i in australia and order internationally. I'm not sure if i will need the items that i have now after a month? What line of questioning do you use? I'm not sure how to word it and whether it is accurate or not? Please help.

From my own experience, it seems that I stick with one routine (with dosages dowsed daily or every other day at least) and that if something changes I don't know until then (due to variables). Plus it is months before something actually changes. You could ask just that "Will I need this item after a month". Or "Should I buy more of this item for next month's BE success" or whatever feels right to you. If you use an item regularly chances are in the next month you will still need them. Otherwise I guess you bring up a good question...

Unfortunately, I was not able to exactly predict the amounts I would use, but I could get a good estimation with "Per the current rate of progress and health AND the fastest and healthiest NBE, how many bottles of ____ will I need to last for at least ___ months?"
Good luck!
