I've recently decided I'm interested in attempting this method. I hooked up a ring of mine [that I constantly wear] and proceeded to ask it questions.
At first, it seemed to be going well. I had a consistent yes and no response. It said NBE would work for that me, and that herbs were better than BO.
I got a little confused asking it about extracts vs. capsules. I think I first asked if I should extracts for best results. It indicated no. I asked capsules. It said yes. So then I asked if I should use extracts with capsules . It said no. I then decided to clarify, and asked if I should use extracts topically. It said yes.
That P sure is picky!
But anyway, because I was using the list of questions posted here, I moved on to ask which items were necessary. Its movements started getting a little unclear, but I think it might have indicated:
Fenugreek
Hops
Licorice Root DGL
Kelp
Pituitary Glandular
I didn't know what to think, as I was unsure of the signs, and I haven't heard from anyone using the lower three [how do you get pituitary glandular and why would I need it?].
I attempted to repeat the process and got different answers. It seems to consistently like Fenugreek, but it later indicated Kudsu Root and a few other oddities.
So I asked if it was confused and did not know what was necessary. It indicated yes.
..... I'm a little suspicious that my ring is made of iron or something like it. It is definitely a silver colour, but I do not know if it is silver. Could this be causing the problem, or have I been asking it incorrectly?
Any advice on this would be particularly helpful. Especially because I do not know if I should go with what it indicated or not [and I haven't gotten further- times a day, amounts, etc]. I always thought Saw Palmetto might work well for me, because I suspect I am androgen high, and I've read a lot about Red Clover being helpful about water retention.
Again, any help would be really appreciated.

EDIT: Okay, the ring is made of high grade stainless steal. I am assuming this is the problem?
