hey iv just got the real health methods ebook but i still dont have a clue about this dowsing thing. I know im stupid as it goes into detail about it but im confused about things i dont want to take any herbs as im 16 and im not sure they would be a good idea to have. Also i have no credit card and am unable to get hold of herbs and things like that over the internet as a result. This method just seems to be about knowing the correct time to take the herbs. Hope iv made some sense im totally frustrated know anyone got any ideas or could help work something out?

Pixie -
When you received your book you also got the forum address for the book - that forum is strictly for the dowsing method and the authors will answer your questions there.
There is more to it than knowing when - but also knowing what to take, and how much. There are many dozens herbs, vitamins, nutrients you may need, and the method will help you chose just those you need. Some women have found that they didn't have any success with the traditional BE herbs until they added a nutrient or vitamin (like CoQ10 or B vitamins). It will also help you keep your routine focused on just what you need at any given time.
Also - you do not need to buy anything online. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and many grocery and drug stores have a lot of these herbs and other supplements. I buy many of mine from Walmart (the superstores have an extensive line up of herbs).
Again - go to the RHM forum for help - the dowsing experts will help you.

Pixiedust, (and all other adolescents)
You expressed some concern in your post about this being a good idea at your age.
You are not finished developing. Messing with your endocrine system in this way at this time in your life could have unintended consequences on your reproductive system, which is still being developed.
Give it a few years and see what nature deals to you before making any decisions. Not only will your body be better able to take it, but because of your maturity at that time, you will make better decisions.
Take the safer route. Wait a while, like until your're 20 or so, then reconsider.
My two cents,
Wahaika

I also said and it is the TRUTH that i have NOT taken any herbs and i do NOT wish to take herbs as i know this may be messing with things. my main concern is that the book seems to indicate to which herbs i should take, now im unsure of what to do

Hi Pixi: Just wanted to lift your spirits. My 17 year old daughter thought she had finished growing and all of a sudden she has started to grow again! She is very excited. You probably will grow more too. In the meantime, you could try the innertalk cd and massage methods (minus the herbs of course). Good luck, Lisa ;D

I'll just add this. If she does use dowsing, she can learn what nutrients (re: vitamins and minerals) she's lacking, if any, which could help. Of course if the CD and massage are indicated...then she's got a real regimen. This is if she's due to do regular growing on her own. If it's too early to use herbs, then she'll get that inidcation, too. Definitely would not advise playing around with phtyos, glandulars, or b/c for boobies' sake until out of high school.
