I`ve been doing some studying on Self Hypnosis. one book that I`ve bought talks about pre made tapes don`t work well. The reason is that it`s not your own voice talking in the tape. Another web sit that I seen talks about regessing you back to your adolescence age of three past lives that lets grow through breast groth quickly and with a lot of cleavage . Some web sites have scripts that you can print out to use. I guess what i`m getting at is that we can make our own tape and put our own little twists to it to fit our own needs. The person on the tape don`t konw how to get you to relax only you can do that for your self. Have Fun with this one ;D Rlor

what if you regressed back to a life in which you were a boy? eek. sounds interesting though...

Interesting discussions, but the fact is, recordings done by 'other' people have been working just fine on all sorts of ladies on this board, for exmaple. Interesting theories, but not one of us here who's used recordings was successful due to to going thru a regression of any sort. I think you're open to what you want to receive, no matter who's talking. Personally, I'd RATHER listen to someone else.

Just my 2 cents... the Innertalk CDs seem very effective (subliminal affirmations recorded forwards and backwards by 3 different voices - man, woman and child I think). I've used normal hypnosis CDs in the past with few results. But with the IT products, the 'message' gets through without you consciously listening to it which in my case at leasts seems to be helping. I got hold of the Freedom from Allergies CD just after the holidays and got my son a CD to help with his study motivation and general school attitude. I haven't had to take anti-histamines since starting to listen to the CD (and I had to take them EVERY day, as I'm allergic to mould, dust, various pollens etc). My symptoms are dramatically reduced. And my son is getting on with his homework now and not arguing every night about wanting to play computer games instead. The IT stuff is totally effortless - I just have it on in the background or when watching TV and just don't even notice it! I also have a BE one (listening since November I think and making gradual progress (no dramatic results though!).
