hi all,
first i'd like to apologise if i'm covering old ground or the answers to my questions can be found easily elsewhere.
I am very new to the P method and have only become interested in it because of BE. So I know nothing of its origin and the beliefs that go with it but if I were to be honest I'm only interested in how it will help me in my boobs quest! (who knows though, i might turn to it in the future if I become ill!)
I have tried it very slightly twice, the second time I used a more personal belonging and it did feel like I was more comfertable with what I was doing.
I established a yes and no and few questions to ask...seemed to be ok.... although suddenly I ended up asking whether I should actually be using a pendulum... and the answer was no.
I'm not quite sure what to make of that or whether I should have asked that question in the first place!
My few questions are.....
Sometimes the movement is slight, so do you just guess what it is and move on or, wait for bigger movements?
Also, when you have finished each question should the P settle and then you ask the next Q or do you actually stop it from moving with the other hand?
I can feel that perhaps these kind of techniques can lead to slight obsessions (although most of us are probably already obsessed with breasts!), and the idea of doing a dowsing many times a day really puts me off. Is there a geneal recommended timing for it? I'd like to keep a strict control on it!
From looking at other posts, dowsing can bring many varied and complicated routines...is this the ideal situation to get to? to get very very specific?
Many people seem to link dowsing to their menstrual cycles, as I am on BC, i run like clockwork. Do I still need to take cycles into consideration?
I have learnt you can ask questions in your head but does this method work better/worse then saying the questions out loud?
Finally and my most important question, will i need to properly start dowsing after I begin the herbs program I intend to use? After all, how does your body know what it will respond to until it has tried it?! How can it distinguish one herb name from another? I don't even know half the ones on the list!
Many thanks for any replies or information people are willing to share!
