I have been experimenting with my new pendulam for about a week now. According to my new friend after the second month of BE i will see some growth and i will also see 2cup sizes added during my BE journey.... I soooo have to have faith in my new pendulem. Finding this dowsing method to be very interesting not just for BE but for other things aswell.

What kind of estrogen regime will you be based on? Herbal or bovine ovary?

Thanks for the welcome. My estrogen regime will be based on herbal.

I have been taking 3 x3times per day of the enhancement blend capsules which are 575 each of blended fenegreek, wild yam & saw plamento. I have only been doing BE for just over a week. According to my P this morning i should up my dose to 4 x4times per day of the enhancement blend capsules. Which means i'l be going from 9 to 16 capsules. Do you think it is ok for me to up to that dose straight away or should i do it gradually over a few days? I have had no unpleasant reactions so far whilst taking them. My P has also told me to take red clover and massage with epo twice per day, i have ordered these to add to my routine which i'll hopefully receive by end of week.

Does this sound like an ok routine to you?

Hiya Jewlez.

Yes, it seems what you're doing is just fine. Some have a longer ramp us as their bodies need more time to adjust, but 16 caps of GB caps is just over 3g's of herbs of each one.

Still, for a sanity check, you should ask the amount of each individual herb you'll need. Fenugreek above 2g's seems to be a limit for most, BUT, everyone is different.

Greenbush is great because it's one of the simpler commercial herbal blends, but one is limited because when you up one, you up all three.

I'm at an incredible 15g's for some of my herbs, but that took 5 cycles to happen. When I started, I was about 1.5g for 3 weeks, then 2g's for 1 weeks with my RC, then on up.

Let us know what you get in response to asking amount of mg's needed of fenugreek, w/y, and saw palmetto. May be better to get separate herbs. You can also receive an indication if individual herbs would be better vs. only GB caps. One dowser only needed GB caps, and varied her RC dosages according to her p.

By the way, where do you hail from? Wal-Mart has EPO for a good deal. 75 caps @1000mg for $5. 1000mg has about 18-20 drops inside.

Don't forget to ask the amount of drops to use. I usually prick one end with a pin and squeeze it out. Also, some brands of RC may be better for you than others. To know which ones, simply ask ur p if that company's brand of RC is best for u.

A few dowsers have actually received items and p has indicated not to use, so save yourself the shipping and effort next round. The more potent it is or better for u it is, the less you'll need to swallow and less chance for negative side effects.

I'm from UK so i have never heard of Wal-mart. I asked P again yesterday and this morning about single herbs vs GB blend caps and each time P has told me GB blend caps - still at 4x4. So i will follow P's advice until it tells me different. Thanks for all your help so far, i will keep you updated on my progress.

I'm glad to see your confidence in your responses. Most definitely continue with Greenbush.

Wal-Mart is a huge discount store in the States.

Just FYI, you can 'rate' herbs you use. Say, "On a scale of 1-1000, where 200 is borderline, how does this ____ rate?" 600+ is good. 800+ is supreme.

Rate your GB caps. Then, if it gets too expensive to get, then find other companies which have herbs of same or higher potency.
