What kind of exercises are good for BE? And what kind are bad? I´m asking this because I think I have to do some exercise... my butt is getting big! Do you think cycling is good for BE and for my "back"? Minipechis

Normal workouts, whatever you do to stay fit is OK. Workouts for the purpose of losing weight only produce bad BE results because that is where it comes off first. You body wants to stay healthy so it removes fat from organs before muscle as an order of priority. Getting fat on the rear end or back or stomach is in agreement with the "Timing of Routines" theory because it is still Winter time. But even at an optimal time of year you can expect to put on some weight when doing BE. But again, some have grown while losing weight. Do a search on T-Tapping. I think there is a pinned thread at the top of this section. See also: beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=exercise&action=display&thread=1177117690Wahaika

I like having a variety of exercises to do. I won't get bored, and my body will get a better overall workout anyway.
