Hey you all...
As I am new to all the information about BE - but so willing to learn all of it; I now wonder about the words "Exersice and BE do not mix"
- Why is that??
I am starting with herbs and massage now ... and I really want to know about the exersice part, because I do work out about at least 3 times per week; running and weights. Do I need to stop with this??

It is somewhat of a misnomer but true. More specifically, exercise that causes the rapid reduction of fat is bad for BE. If running keeps you too lean, you will probably have a hard time.
So, exercise is Ok. Fat loss is not, especially rapid fat loss. But regular exercise and workouts tend to help. I hope that doesn't sound too contradictory.

It sounds good to me - I do not "over-do" my exersice; I do make sure that I do get some running/jogging or powerwalking done couple of times per week, just so that I keep myself healthy. And weights so as well. And what comes to diet; I eat well... I have started to eat a lot more of proteins, and less of carbs. I am positive about it all - and I really do hope that it all will work out good for me Thank you Wahaika for the answer! I appreciate it!
