hi all i was just fooling around with a hula hoop and i thought this targets just the waist and hip area resulting in inch loss. it gets your heart pumping and makes you work up a sweat, but i didnt feel as if i was working my upper body so not losing breasts? any how i thought id share it with you it i hope it can help make my waist a lil slimmer!my belly looks okay as long as its all tight but the second the muscle tone goes............ it rolls out like ludakris!! Im gonna try to do this a couple times a week to see if it can shift my belly. i googled it and it says you can get light or heavy hoops ;so i just use a light one. i'll keep ya posted!
