This message is inspired by "louig"-- has everyone else on this board experienced growth past age 18 into the twenties? The tissue expander vacuum-type things look very promising, but there is a warning not to use them until development has completely stopped. my breasts have been the same size since 8th grade (32A/B), and I got breast buds around 4th-5th grade. Just throwing that info out there because I have a friend who still grows now, but I can't relate because she started late (15)

i wonder what would happen if you took NBE before 21 which i think is the age limit on my pills. would it result in excessive growth or would it igve us what we were deprived of during puberty? If any one knows i would love to be enlightened!

I'm 19 years old and on NBE. So far, I've not experienced any deleterious effects. 18 and 19 year olds are pretty much adults, because breast development stops about 2-3 years after menarche. However, even some 20-somethings are still in tanner stage 4. I'm in tanner stage 4 (puffy nipples) so I may get some good growth. Taking NBE before the age of 21 seems to be a very good idea indeed because we are yet young enough to develop quickly and very well.

I think in general people who are at the younger spectrum of NBE will experience decent growth, maybe because their hormone levels havn't quite settled yet. I'm not entirely sure though - It's probably not true for eveyone, which is the problem. Everyone's bodies are different, so it's impossible to tell.

Just a little piece of information regarding exercise: People produce growth hormone only during the first about 1 1/2 hours of sleeping and after a vigorous exercise so as long as the exercise is not to lose weight and one eats all the needed calories and doesn't over-exercise, it's fine. And we need the growth hormone to grow. So an hour of exercise is a good thing, two hours is probably too much as our bodies start to burn the muscle after an hour which is counteractive to the training (this is what i remember from my fitness days).

hey to the original poster i know a girl like that, she has been an athletic champion since before puberty and her family also has a history of medium size chests. yet now she grew to a DD and has been since she was 17. she still exercises now and would be a UK size 4 if it was'nt for the chest (US size 2 i think) maybe the oestrogen produced by extensive exercise helps? i don't want to risk it tho do you think pilates or yoga would be good for NBE?

Cutie...i think these are the tanner stages she was referring to:
Breasts (female) Tanner I no glandular tissue; areola follows the skin contours of the chest (prepubertal) [typically age 10 and under] Tanner II breast bud forms, with small area of surrounding glandular tissue; areola begins to widen [10-11.5] Tanner III breast begins to become more elevated, and extends beyond the borders of the areola, which continues to widen but remains in contour with surrounding breast [11.5-13] Tanner IV increased breast size and elevation; areola and papilla form a secondary mound projecting from the contour of the surrounding breast [13-15] Tanner V breast reaches final adult size; areola returns to contour of the surrounding breast, with a projecting central papilla. Helloow! I'm new here.. I bought the Flat2Fab book and am gonna use it as a starting point. When I read the title of this topic I did not agree at all! I have to say that I do agree that you need to have a healthy BMI to see result.. and ofcourse if you loose weight you're boobs will shrink a litlle just as they probably will grow as you gain weight, just as every part on your body gets bigger. But NBE is not about gaining weight and then saying wOw! I just gone from an A to a C , and claming that NBE work , while you just gained weight! I do have a great advice! I read this research about producing growth hormonse while exercising and only produce them when you do not eat 1 hour/ 1.5 an hour before you start excersising...!!! So eat early or afterwards! And you DO! really need the growth hormone!! If you have all the other hormone's but not the groth hormone your body has a problem... In F2F it is also recomanded to excercise and sleep enough!
