hi girls, i haven't been on the board for a while, but i've decided to give BE another go, but first i want to get rid of my belly.
i'm 5ft 8" and weigh 9stone. i'm not really fussed about how much i weigh, just the fat that has always been on my belly-ever since i was little. i don't eat much and lead a fairly active life, if i ate as much as a normal person i'd be huge-no joke-i literally have to eat nothing just to maintain my weight.
i just want to be in proportion-boobs look much worse with a flabby belly, and as i'm quite tall and have very big shoulders i just look all wrong.
does anyone have any tips for getting rid of stubborn fat? i used to do 50 sit ups a day minimum but that did nothing-it seems i just can't shift this last bit of flab, and it's so depressing, mum calls it puppy fat but i'm 21-the excuse is wearing a bit thin!
me and my boyfriend of five years are going through a bit of a rough patch at the moment which isn't helping, feel depressed about the way i look naked. don't know if i could be comfortable showing my body to somebody new-which is a possibility the way things are going. i met this gorgeous guy recently and was very good-didn't cheat on my boyfriend but not sure if he'd be bothered if i did. but this guy was lovely-most amazing six pack-made me feel inferior. i look slim when i've got clothes on but i'm sick of the rolls when i sit down.
sorry for the winging guys, just feel down and like BE and weightloss is hopeless seeing as nothing has ever worked for me. genetically i should have big-ish boobs-i just feel like something is blocking growth and i wish i knew what it was. anyway enough of my rambling and any tips would be massively appreciated, thanks, Laura xx
