The guy in GNC told me today that when you work out your lower body then more growth hormone goes to your upper body so in effect if you were trying to get larger up top then that would help in your efforts. Does anybody know if this is true? He said all of the body builders have told him this. I told him what I was doing with BE and he said that it would definitely help with that also. with the growth hormone going to your chest it would help you to grow much faster. If anyone knows about this I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hula, I don't know of anyone who's figured out a way to direct growth hormone traffic towards the chest. Working legs only works the legs. The body builders I'm familiar with are interested in shaping their bodies by increasing muscle and reducing body fat. Most if not all female body builders lose what breast fats they have especially when training for competition. Quite a few opt for implants as a consequence.
