agirl, Examine the types of food including drinks you tend to consume. Genetics plays a roll. Look at your family and see if the tendency is toward added girth in the mid-section. You didn't mention your age which would figure into this. All of these factors play a roll in your physical appearance giving you a better picture of what can be accomplished once you decide to change it. Then commit to changing it; try some targetted ab workouts. There are lots of disciplines here to choose from.

It can depend a lot on your bone structure too. If you have a short torso, you're more likely to collect fat around the middle - or even just LOOK fat around the middle, but have slim hips and legs.
Check out the T-tapp website on articles about torso length and shape.

agirl, I feel for you. I have the same thing, I was always so skinny and had a big stomach. Unfortunately my oldest daughter has inherited it. The thing that I have found to work the best so far has been pilates. I haven't tried the t-tapp yet so I dont' know about that. I have pilates tapes so I use them. You have to be so diligent about it, the same as we do for our boobs, so that your stomach stays smaller. My boobs have always been smaller that my stomach but now thanks to all of you and BE efforts, my boobs are slowing getting bigger. I am finally in a B cup but darn it they don't seem as big as I thought they would be so i am shooting for at least a full C (maybe a D if I can get there) anyway if you try the t-tapp tapes and it works please let me know and i will try them also. thanks Hulagirl

I looked at the t-tapp site and it seems really interesting, but kind of expensive I have pilates tapes but I don't know where they are, I guess I have to go look for them. If I save my money I will get the t-tapp too. Hopefully my boobs can be biggr than my stomach soon. Right now I'm an AA trying to get to an A cup. I used to think I was an AA before starting flat 2 fab but I realized now that I was probably a AAA which was a lot worse. So now I guess I have two things to work on, stomach AND boobs.
