I had 2 c-sections, the last one was 6yrs ago. is there anyway to lose the belly?
i've heard from some that it's very hard if at all possible because of scar tissue. anyone know? I'd love to lose my belly. i just have this pouch from my belly button down to my pelvic area and i'm looking for ways to trim down.
